About the Showcase

A three-hour event connecting small-scale developers with the industry partners they rely on to plan and build successful projects.

The Showcase includes:

  • Exhibitor Hall: Suppliers, financiers, architects, contractors, and building-process innovators present their services and connect directly with SDI developers.
  • Mini-Sessions: Short sessions that strengthen community, spark collaboration, and explore how small-scale development supports healthy neighborhoods and nature. (The Bay Area program will include a session on electrification and heat pumps.)
  • Resource Guide: All exhibitors are featured in a digital guide distributed after the event.
  • Fun: Exhibitors and participants will have the chance to enjoy food and beverages together and celebrate the amazing small-scale development work happening now and in the future.
