Builder and Developer Affinity Group
Moving California’s housing ecosystem beyond just producing units demands a shift in how we think about development and building. That’s why Build It Green has launched a new Builder and Developer Affinity Group, bringing together professionals who are asking what it means to create housing that supports the well-being of people, communities, and the environment.

The group is working toward building a shared understanding of how their sector can more effectively advance community and environmental vitality, identifying opportunities to advance transformative practices, and connecting with other changemakers—like mission-driven lenders and public agency staff—who play a role in shaping the conditions for more thoughtful, community-minded development.
