Registration & Participation

Already Registered?

Please keep an eye out for email updates. We have launched Attendee Information web portal, which is where we will continue to share event updates, including: more detailed event information and agenda, the travel reimbursement form, a yearbook of attendees and the entry submission form, as well as extra resources and materials to ground yourself in South Berkeley and prepare to be in community with neighborhood leaders.

In the meantime, please email Mia Arter, our Network Stewardship Director, at [email protected] for questions.

Excited to Attend? Register Now!

The registration form is now closed. If you’re interested in attending, please check if there’s still space by reaching out to Mia Arter, our Network Stewardship Director, at [email protected].

Things to Consider

The Gathering is best suited for those who:

  • Are curious about how different parts of the housing system interact
  • Want to step back and think systemically about their work
  • Are open to new perspectives and ways of thinking
  • Value collaborative learning and community building
  • Can commit to full participation in an immersive experience

Welcome! While many participants return year after year, new perspectives are essential for our network’s growth. First-time participants bring fresh energy and insights that help our community evolve.

Early registration is strongly encouraged. It allows you to:

  • Secure your place (space is limited to ~100 participants)
  • Contribute to shaping the agenda
  • Have more time to prepare for the experience
  • Connect with other participants beforehand

Please share only within your immediate team or organization. However, we welcome suggestions for potential participants who would enrich our network. Contact us directly with recommendations — Mia Arter, our Network Stewardship Director, at [email protected].
