GreenPoint Rated Core

Classroom:

Monday, Dec 5 | 8 am – 5 pm

Tuesday, Dec 6 | 8 am – 5 pm

Field Test:
Saturday, Dec 10 | 8 am – 12 pm | Location TBA (Alameda County)

This course introduces you to all GreenPoint Rated systems and includes basic policies and procedures, program requirements, verifications of select measures, and the differing roles of advisors and raters. GreenPoint Rated Core is a pre-requisite for most of our other GreenPoint Rated trainings and starts you on the path to becoming a GreenPoint Rater or Advisor. Read full course description.

Pre-requisites, Eligibility, and Training Series

Training Series: This course is being offered as a pre-requisite for the California Multifamily Existing Building training on January 23 - 28, 2012 in Oakland, as well as the GreenPoint Rated New Home training planned for January 2012 in San Francisco (exact date TBD). The training series starts with Certified Green Building Professional on November 14 & 15 in Oakland, for those who have not yet met the Green Building Education requirement for GreenPoint Rated trainings. A limited number of full scholarships are available for the series! Apply to one or all trainings using the button below.

Fees and Registration

Regularly $450, we are offering a limited number of full scholarships to qualifying building professionals, thanks to the generous support of Energy Upgrade California in Alameda County! Apply below.

Refreshments:
Coffee and other beverages are available throughout the day. Cookies are served in the afternoon. Attendees are responsible for their own breakfast and lunch.
