GreenPoint Rated Manuals

The Rating Manuals are essential companion documents for fully understanding the requirements of the GreenPoint Rated Checklist measures, and are an invaluable resource for anyone working on a GreenPoint Rated Project.

These are the handbooks Raters use to interpret and implement GreenPoint Ratings, and include the specific descriptions, applications, requirements, intent, and verifications for each of the GreenPoint Rated Measures.
