Certified Green Real Estate Professional

Thursday, Feb 16 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday, Feb 17 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1-hour exam at 4 pm

This 2-day course teaches you the value of a green home so you can help your clients understand green features, make cost-saving decisions, and navigate rebate programs. Our course focuses specifically on existing homes in the California marketplace, helping you navigate statewide energy efficiency rebate programs like Energy Upgrade California, California mortgage options and lending programs (203K, Energy Efficiency Mortgages) and state specific disclosure regulations. Fees and Registration

Course Fee: $50

Regularly $450, this course has been discounted to only $50 thanks to the generous support of Energy Upgrade California in Sonoma County!

Registration for this course is no longer available.

Requirements for the CGREP Certification:

Attendance - Participants must attend both training days.
Pass the exam - Participants must receive a passing grade of 80% on the final exam (open-book at the end of day 2). If you do not receive a passing grade, you may re-take the exam for a fee of $50.
Proof that you are currently employed as one of the following - Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Appraiser, Residential Mortgage Lender, California Finance Lender, Escrow Company, Financial Institution

Coffee and other beverages, lunch and light snacks are provided.
