GreenPoint Rated New Home Training

Tuesday, Jan 31 | 8 am – 5 pm

This 1-day course covers the policies, processes and program requirements unique to the New Home rating system. It addresses current trends in new construction and illustrates the role of the Rater and Advisor in the green building process. Read full course description.

Pre-requisites and Eligibility Requirements

Pre-requisite: You must take GreenPoint Rated Core before you can take the GreenPoint Rated New Home Training. GreenPoint Rated Core course description | Apply for both trainings below
Eligibility: You must meet certification requirements to be eligible for this course Required credentials and/or job experience

Fees and Registration

Course Fee: $200 Members | $250 non-Members

Requirements for the GPR-NH Rater Certification:

Attendance: Participants must attend the full training day.
Pass the Plan and Field Tests: Participants must receive a passing grade of 80% on the plan and field tests (open-book at the end of GreenPoint Rated Core). If you do not receive a passing grade, you may re-take the exam for a fee of $50.

Continental breakfast, snacks, coffee and other beverages will be served. Attendees are responsible for their own lunch.
