BPI Building Analyst and Envelope Shell Training

The Community Development Commission (CDC) of Los Angeles County is allowing contractors to schedule BPI training and testing individually, rather than have a group training session. CDC will reimburse qualifying contractors for training costs.

In order to qualify for reimbursement, the contractors must pass the BPI BA certification test and be enrolled as an Energy Upgrade California Participating Contractor. The Contractor must provide a receipt as proof of payment that you paid for and attended the BPI Training to receive the reimbursement.

You are responsible for your own fee for the EXAM. CDC only pays for the BPI Training
