This is your official Recertification Application for ANY Build It Green credential type.

 
The purpose of this form is to verify that you have completed your 16 CEUs and you have completed or are in the process of completing the remaining steps for your credential type to recertify.
 
If you have not already done so, please take a moment to review the Recertification Requirements for your credential type before submitting this form.
