Updates to GreenPoint Rated Program - Effective January 1, 2010


The GreenPoint Rated program is updated every three years to coincide with changes to the California Building Energy Efficiency Standards. Review the following documents:
 

Single family new home executive summary and policy for GreenPoint Rated Version 4.0
Multifamily new home executive summary and policy for GreenPoint Rated Version 1.8/2.0

Updated GreenPoint Rated Manuals (4.0 and 1.8/2.0) will be available for use by Q1, 2010.
