GreenPoint Rated provides a means to evaluate New Single Family and Multifamily Homes as well as Existing Home of any vintage, by providing a consumer label indicating a homes performance in the catagories of Community, Energy Efficiency, Indoor Air Quality, Resource Efficiency, and Water as scored on the GreenPoint Rated Checklists.
