Guild Presentation Topic Proposal Form

If you cannot attend a 2012 Guild Planning Party, but want to present at one of our Guilds, you must submit this presentation topic proposal formT before the actual Planning Party (see dates below).


2012 Planning Parties: 
Please submit your proposal by noon on the following dates. 

South Bay Guild:           Tues, October 4, 2011
East Bay Guild:              Wed, October 5, 2011
North Bay Guild:            Wed, October 12, 2011
San Francisco Guild:   Wed, October 19, 2011


All final presentation topics will be voted on by the group at these meetings and so we strongly encourage you to attend so that you can best represent your topic proposal at the party.  But if that is not possible, please see below to submit your topic proposal.
 

Presentation Topics – Guidelines: 

  • Presentations must focus on residential green building (as opposed to commercial green building).
  • Presentations should include as much information regarding local conditions as possible.
  • Majority of attendees are industry professionals with general and specific knowledge of building development, design, construction, sales and operations.
  • Majority of attendees are Build It Green Certified Green Building Professionals and have a basic understanding of green building materials and technologies.
  • Attendees are looking for high-quality, practical green building education
