GreenPoint Rated Checklists & Manuals
GreenPoint Rated is a third party rating system for homes based on a set of green building measures pulled from the Green Building Guidelines and used to evaluate a home's environmental performance. To fully understand the requirements of these checklist measures requires the use of the Rating Manuals which are available for purchase.
