Gold Nugget Awards recognize those who improve our communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning and development. Build It Green hopes all of our eligible GreenPoint Rated builders will apply as we make green building business as usual in California.<br> <br> The award is open to any project, development or custom home that was open for sale, lease, rent or new occupancy at any time after January 1, 2008. Single-family, multi-family, new and existing home projects are all encouraged to apply.
