Phil Vanderloo of Hiline Builders inc. has been designing and building custom homes and remodels in the Sacramento area since 1984. We have recently achieved certification through BuilditGreen.org as a Certified Green Building Professional. We will continue our relentless pursuit of knowledge in the green building spectrum in order to provide our clients with the most advanced and up to date technologies available. We are currently in the process of acquiring certification through the EPA for the new RRP rule for renovation of lead based paint on pre-1978 homes.  Phil Vanderloo, President of Hiline Builders Inc. is also a LEED AP BD&C and LEED AP for Homes.
