Event Description

Multifamily Existing Building EnergyPro Software Workshop

Tuesday, May 1 | 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Cost: $10

This advanced workshop equips building professionals with the skills necessary to use the Energy Pro software for multifamily existing buildings. Learn to generate documentation for upgrade projects that are pursuing HERS II, GreenPoint Rated Existing Home Multifamily certification, or compliance with a whole building utility program. We’ll demonstrate each of the software’s modules, the assumptions behind them, and conduct an in-class modeling exercise.

Attendees are required to bring their own laptop with EnergyPro with CalRatePro, ResPerformance or GreenPoint Rated module installed. Attendees must also have prior experience in modeling. Attendance is limited.

Why should people sign up?: You are interested in becoming or are currently a qualified Rater in the Energy Upgrade California in Los Angeles County Multifamily Whole Building Pilot Program or GreenPoint Rated Existing Home Mulitfamilyand need practice with modeling multifamily existing buildings.
