Event Description

Topic:  Incorporating Home Performance Into Your Remodeling Business

Location change: Green Depot (EcoHaus)

Description:
The sluggish economy continues to punch remodeling contractors in the gut. Come hear how a few savvy contractors are reviving their business by incorporating home performance improvements into their services.

Speakers will discuss the opportunities and challenges of the home performance business model, whether it's right for you, and how to take the next steps. Potential opportunities include selling additional improvements to prior clients and selling small jobs that lead to bigger ones.
