Register with San Francisco Home Improvement & Performance program (SFHIP) by attending webinar or in person meeting

The SFHip incentives can be combined with the PG&E/Energy Upgrade CA Rebates so
that homeowners can qualify for up to $9,000 towards a home energy upgrade.

The SFHip standard incentive is $2,000 for a minimum 15% modeled energy reduction
and an additional $3,000 Income Incentive is available for households earning less than
120% AMI.

The SFHip program is offered for Advanced Upgrade Package jobs only.
Basic Upgrade Package will not be incentivized through this program. To be able
to these incentives to San Francisco customers, contractors must register with San
Francisco – attend this webinar / meeting and find out more.
