Homeowner workshops are a great opportunity for connecting Participating Contractors and Raters with homeowners interested in home performance and Energy Upgrade California. This workshop also provides information on the Energy Upgrade California Program to homeowners, as well as familiarizes them with the Energy Upgrade California web portal.
