Our webinar presentation will outline design strategies for modeling various configurations of high rise and low rise multifamily buildings. This webinar will provide raters and energy consultants with knowledge on how to approach multifamily residential building modeling using Energy Pro 5. We will review and identify modeling best practices as it relates to Existing multifamily homes as whole building rather than unit by unit, and tie the methodology to data collection.

Sean Feurtado, Project Manager

Sean Feurtado has been an AutoCAD designer for commercial engineers, architects, and design build construction companies in California.  With experience in energy modeling and energy compliance he has been involved in helping make homes more energy efficient.  He has joined the Build It Green Quality Assurance team, to assure that models are coherent and reflect correct savings.
Amy Dryden, Senior Project Manager

Amy is a senior project manager at BIG  where she manages Green Point Rated and has worked closely on the implementation of multifamily energy efficiency programs including PG&E and the LA Multifamily pilot. 

With over 10 years experience in residential construction, Amy has a working knowledge of all trades and phases of construction in new construction and remodel projects, completed evaluations of homes and buildings and written specifications. She has contributed to national and state standards on energy efficiency and green building.
