The GreenPoint Rated Existing Home course is the required course for certification as a GreenPoint Rater or Advisor for existing single family homes. This 2-day course covers policies, program requirements, verifications, energy evaluation and audit, role of the rater and submittal processes unique to a single family existing home. Read the full course description.

• Triple Training Series: This course is being offered along with two pre-requisites: Certified Green Building Professional training in Downey, CA on Mar. 20– 21, and GreenPoint Rated Core training in Downey, CA on Mar. 22–24.  A limited number of scholarships are available for qualifying building professionals in LA County! Apply to one or all trainings using the button below.

Course Fee:  $400 Members | $450 non-Members
