The County of Los Angeles, Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Company have formed an alliance to promote energy-efficiency upgrades in existing homes and put construciton professionals back to work. Homeowners can receive up to $3,500 in rebates to reduce their upfront costs.

The goal is about 30,000 residential energy upgrades using a whole house performance approach. Homeowners will choose contractors from a single wesbite-and you can be on it!
