Act Now! Green Label Rebate Program Closing

Effective February 1, 2013 at 11:59 p.m., Los Angeles County will no longer accept applications for Green Label Rebate Program incentives for detached single family homes. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis and the program may close to new applications prior to February 1, 2013, depending on homeowner participation levels.

GreenPoint Rated Tools and Resources

To minimize issues with your application processing, ensure that when starting a new project you download the latest version of the Debris Recovery Plan. Fill out the Pre-Construction Debris Plan at your first meeting with the client. This document can also be found through the Rater Resources web page.

San Francisco Green Labeling

GreenPoint Rated labels will now appear in the San Francisco's land records as part of an effort to increase transparency for commercial and residential buildings. There are more than 1,000 properties and 250 buildings in San Francisco that have earned some sort of green label according to an article from San Francisco Business Times'.
