This series trains and certifies you to be a GreenPoint Rater or Advisor for either new homes or existing, remodeled homes. You'll be qualified to add green building services to your business offerings, including rating homes.

Course Description: This 3-day course provides essential training for contractors who wish to offer Energy Upgrade California rebates to their clients who receive Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) gas or electric service. It is a required course if you do not already have a BPI Building Analyst on staff and it is strongly recommended even if you do.
