Mr. Charles "Russ" Russell is Vice President of VCA Code Group, in Orange, CA, a building code consulting and engineering firm.
For the past two years Russ has toured the State providing seminars about CALGreen, speaking to over 6000 architects, engineers, government officials, contractors, developers, and consultants.

This day-long training will provide a background on CALGreen's development and introduce the mandatory requirements for residential and non-residential buildings
Find out about new CALGreen amendments, including requirements for existing non‐residential buildings which will be enforced by local building departments beginning July 1, 2012, and get a preview of what adoption of CALGreen and the California Energy Code will look like in 2013.
Attendees are encouraged to bring questions relating to specific projects.
