The CALGreen Building Code
and the Multi-Family Project
Presented by the Green Affordable Housing Coalition
October 30 | 11:30 am - 1:30 pm | Oakland | Register Now
The CALGreen Building Code is changing the way California designs, builds, and operates buildings. Are you prepared to implement the new requirements as they roll out over the next several years?
The Code, which went into effect in January 2011, requires all new buildings in the state to be more energy efficient and environmentally responsible. It applies to all new building design, construction, and retrofits. Subsequent phases are becoming mandatory through the end of 2014.
Understanding how CALGreen affects multi-family projects now and in the future, is important for all developers, architects, project managers, operations staff, and those who work with them.
Join us for lunch and to hear Nathan Krantz, Technical Services Director at Build It Green, speak on how CALGreen will affect your projects and operations now, through 2014, and beyond.
Attend this event for a chance to receive a FREE consultation on your multi-family project.
