Why Green Homes?
Green labeled homes have been found to sell for a 9% premium. A recent study provided the first statistical evidence that a green label on a single-family home in California increases a home's value compared to a similar home without the label.
While this study surveyed newly built homes, labels can also increase the value of an existing home.

This comprehensive 2-day course helps you be your clients' go-to resource for energy efficiency rebates, green lending practices, and credible green building standards. It also qualifies for Level 1 NAR Green Designation Credential.
We'll show you how to take an affordable home and add green and energy efficiency upgrades that reduce utility and maintenance costs. Rebates, incentives and financing offset the cost of the initial upgrades, so your clients can get a better home for less! You'll learn about California specific disclosure regulations, mortgage options and lending programs (203K, Energy Efficiency Mortgages).
