Following CEO Catherine Merschel's announced retirement in December 2014, Build It Green and its executive consultant, Waldron, have begun our search for a new CEO.

BIG seeks a passionate, enthusiastic leader who is ready to make an impact in the residential green building sector. BIG's mission and efforts are transforming our industry; a new CEO with a strong vision and entrepreneurial skills can continue our success and take our work in new directions.

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2014 GreenPoint Rated Awards. The GreenPoint Rated awards recognize leading building professionals and organizations helping to transform the market for green homes and are offered in seven categories.

Award nominations are due by Friday, Sept. 12, 2014. Winners will be recognized on December 3 at Build It Green’s annual celebration, The BIG Bash, at Downtown Oakland’s historic Preservation Park.
