The Build It Green Real Estate Council (REC) is a is a collaboration of over 50 lenders, appraisers, and real estate professionals who are working to develop green building financial products and sales tools to encourage consumer interest in green real estate options.

Requirements for becoming an Affiliate

Participation in the Real Estate Council is available only to lenders, appraisers, and real estate professionals. Build It Green Company Membership is also required.

Chapter and meeting information

Build It Green currently supports one Real Estate Council in Northern California.

This chapter meets quarterly. Green building education is a core feature of all meetings. Meeting locations, agendas, and other information are available only to affiliates in the login-protected Real Estate Council area.
